GRRA BOD Transition - December 2021

Can you believe 2021 is almost over? I want to thank you for all the support you have given the Association and our leadership team this year. Your service to the Association and the industry is greatly appreciated!  Remember to attend Tuesday, January 4th in person Installation of Officers and Directors which will be held at GRRA at noon. This is where our outgoing Board members and Officers are recognized for their service to the Board and Leigh Brown will be our featured speaker. 

This month you will hear from our accountant regarding the annual review. In addition, we will get an update on the NAR Convention, discussing the 6 MLS rule changes and discuss the Guilford County proposed March 2022 Bond Referendum for 1.7 billion in school construction. Also, a reminder to please encourage your colleagues to register for their HUB page in Growth Zone. We want to get all our members register for the HUB to simplify their transactions with GRRA.

The meeting schedule is as follows:

  • 11:30 am     Lunch is served
  • 12:00 pm    Board of Directors Meeting Begins
